Welcome to Waryl. By accessing or using our website at https://waryl.com (the "Site") and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

Services

Waryl provides multi-agent system architecture, design, development, and operations services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement will be detailed in a separate Statement of Work ("SOW") executed by both parties.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for services, all intellectual property rights to the deliverables specifically created for you under an SOW — including code, architecture designs, documentation, and related materials — are assigned to you. Waryl retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the engagement.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement between us.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Waryl be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with our services.
